Airport security procedures prohibit us from waiting for you at the airport. Please observe the following procedures for meeting your Erinmills limousine at Toronto’s Pearson International Airport.

For Terminal # 1 Arrivals (download terminal 1 layout document)
Make your way to Door D on arrivals level.

For Terminal #2 Arrivals
Make your way to Post 21 on arrivals level.

For Terminal #3 Arrivals (download Terminal 3 layout document)
Make your way to Post 23 on arrivals level

At each of these destinations, you will find a gentleman wearing a white cap (Commissionaire.)

Provide him with the name under which the limousine was booked and inform him that you are to be picked up by an Erinmills Limousine.

If the Commissionaire does not have your reservation information, please call our office immediately to speak to the dispatcher (905-822-9996.)

Late Arrivals (past midnight)
Past midnight, the Commissionaire may not be on duty. If that is the case, please call our dispatcher immediately at 905-822-9996
